The location is very convenient, it's not too far from the centre, walkable distance and has some good public transport connections nearby. The rooms have good insulation from the noise outside. Decent breakfast. Very spacious and easy parking garage. The AC worked well to keep the room cool in the heat. Good water pressure in the shower.

- despite despite the room was quite basic the bed was comfortable - location - close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, so you can easily and quickly get to different parts of the city - self check-in kiosks - no need to check-out - rich selection of products for a breakfast

Decent location. Staff were really helpful. Room was clean. In my opinion breakfast was exceptional for fifteen euros.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. The location was good, near a metro station. The breakfast was fair, it didn't have too many options of sweets or proteins (only boiled eggs and some ham) but it was good for the ones who want to keep the shape while on vacation. The fruit salad and the bread were very good!

Easy check-in and -out. Pretty good breakfast. Close to U-bahn station. We had a small issue with a bathroom sink in the evening, and it was fixed immediately.

1. Room size 2. Location 3. Staff 4. Comfort in the room 5. Value for Money 6. Breakfast Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The lady at reception was very smiling and helping. Room was very sized for a family of 2 adults and 1 teenager. Our daughter really liked the room. If coming to hamburg again, we will go with this hotel.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Nearby train station, but within walking distance of the city center. Clean room. Good ventilation. OK breakfast. Good parking garage.

The hotel seems to be designed for business travellers so it doesn’t try to go out of its way style-wise. It has everything you need - comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, a communal area downstairs, good WiFi and kind staff.

The rooms were small but clean and good. Kim and the other girl (25th August) at the reception were EXCELLENT. Helpful, cheerful and very understanding. The men at the reception need to learn to smile. Good location. Train and bus stations walkable distance.
